Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from AUREVENE, Avenue Bosquet, 75007, France. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. The store
AUREVENE is a modern house of jewellery. The House is closing its collection, and this store is being used to clear the stock that remains.
2. Products, availability and pricing
Stock is finite and is not being replenished. Availability shown on the site can change while you are browsing, and an item may sell before your order is completed. If we cannot fulfil an item you have paid for, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
Prices and the reductions applied to them are shown on each product page and are confirmed at checkout. The price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
We take care with product information, but descriptions, images and colours are a representation of an item and may differ slightly from the item itself.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an evident pricing error, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund anything you have paid in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms, and your statutory rights as a consumer are set out there and are not affected by anything in this document.
6. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or extract its content systematically for another commercial purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The AUREVENE name, the content of this site and its images belong to the House or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including your rights under consumer law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
