Shipping Policy
This policy explains how orders from AUREVENE are dispatched and what you pay for delivery. It applies to every order placed on this store, including orders placed during the closing sale.
Where we ship
We ship to France, to the European Union, and to a defined list of destinations outside it. If your country can be selected at checkout, we ship there.
Shipping rates
- France — Standard: €7.99, and free on orders of €65 or more.
- France — Express: €10.99.
- European Union — Standard International: €22.00.
- Other international destinations — Standard International: €29.00.
The rate that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment is confirmed. We do not quote a fixed transit time for each destination, because it depends on the destination and on the carrier, and we would rather give you no figure than an unreliable one.
Where no specific delivery date has been agreed with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days of the day the order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation by email when the order is placed, and tracking details once it has been dispatched.
If your order is late
If your order has not arrived within the period above, write to contact@aurevene.com with your order number. If we cannot deliver within a further reasonable period, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of everything you paid, including delivery.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the amount you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge.
The closing sale
The House is closing its collection and stock is not being replenished. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
